Had great Memorial Day Holiday with part of the family at the cabin in Pinetop. Hard to believe, but we had a fire most of the time.

It looks cozy!!! Not exactly the first day of summer....but cozy all the same....hey, I have a new restaurant for you to try...it is called Cafe' Rio. It is on the southwest corner (strip mall) of Gilbert and Baseline....try one of their salads...it is not really a salad, but more of an open burrito with romaine....they make their tortillas right their on a grill...and each order is done to your specifications as you pass through the line...Subway style...it is one of my favorites...I have been to the one in St. George..but now there is one in your area....you choose your meat and the pork balboca is kind of a pulled BBQ.....a new twist to some of our favorite food.....Mexican! let me know if you try it. Congratulations on your RETIREMENT!! Enjoy!!!
